Just before 9am yesterday morning, Millwood FD Rescue 36 was requested to respond mutual aid to Elmsford FD's district for multiple cars on fire in an underground parking garage. When Car 2253 (Chief Santone) and Rescue 36 (Driver Schwark, Captain Raguso, LT Harris, Sgt. Yun, and FF Bruckenthal) arrived on scene, the fire had been knocked down but Millwood members filled air bottles for members from Elmsford FD, Hartsdale FD, Fairview FD, and Irvington FD, and assisted with packing hose. Millwood units returned to service in 1-hour.
