Just before 5pm on Saturday, Millwood FD Rescue 36 was requested to respond mutual aid as the cascade unit to a working commercial structure fire in Elmsford FD's district. Car 2251 (Chief Rodrigues), Car 2253 (Chief Santone) and Rescue 36 responded with a full crew moments after dispatch. Upon arrival on scene, Rescue 36 members assisted by filling air bottles for crews from Elmsford FD, Valhalla FD, Irvington FD, Hartsdale FD, and Fairview FD. After an hour on scene, Millwood FD units returned to service.

While the Rescue 36 crew was in Elmsford, Car 2252 (Chief McCarthy), Engine 247, and Engine 248 responded to reported motor vehicle accident with injuries on the Taconic State Parkway southbound. Upon a thorough investigation, the accident was unfounded and Millwood units returned to service.
