On Saturday evening, your Millwood FD Volunteers marched in the Firefighters Association of the State of New York (FASNY) 150th Anniversary Parade, hosted by Tarrytown FD. With over 15 members in line, we were proud to take home trophies for Best Chief's Car for Car 2252, Best Rescue for Rescue 36, Best Antique for our 1924 Brockway, and Best Non-Regulation Uniform 5-20 in line. Our band, The Regulators, also took home the trophy for 2nd Best Pipe and Drum Unit!

We're most proud of winning the Best Overall Apparatus trophy, which was dedicated in memory of Tarrytown PD Detective and Sleepy Hollow FD Ex-Chief Jose Ojito, who suddenly passed earlier this year, for Tanker 15. We were honored to be able to accept this trophy from Maria and Melissa Ojito.
